Place your elebowson your desk, palms facing up;Let your weight fallforward and your head fall into your hands; Let the eyebrows rest on base of your palms with your fingers extended towards your forhead;close your eyes and take a deep breath;Hold 4 seconds then exale. Continue deep breathing for 15 to 30 seconds. Repeat
