Give your eyes a break by forcing them to focus on something other than on your screen . hold a finger a few inch in front of your face ; focus on the finger as you slowlymove it away;focus on something far in the distanceand then back to finger; slowly bring the finger back towards your face

Place your elebowson your desk, palms facing up;Let your weight fallforward and your head fall into your hands; Let the eyebrows rest on base of your palms with your fingers extended towards your forhead;close your eyes and take a deep breath;Hold 4 seconds then exale. Continue deep breathing for 15 to 30 seconds. Repeat

Incoroprate Vitamin A,C and E on a daily basis ,eat citrus fruits, green leafy vegetables,tomatoes,spinach,poultry and dairy products .Pack a box of chopped carrots,cucumber and fresh fruits and munch in between meals at the office
