You can only control blood sugar through regular yoga and exercise ,Sarvangasana Plays an important role in controlling Diabetes and also help solving many other healthrelated problem like constipation ,and seminal weakness.
Note -This asanas does not suit Blood pressure patients.
Blood pressure Patients can do Ardha Kurmasana This asanas also help in curing It cures constipation, gas-troble, insomnia, indigestion, etc.
