Practice Eye Relaxation and Ease Muscles Tension

Place your elbows on your desk, palms facing up; Let your weight fallforward and your head fall into your hands; Let the eyebrows rest on base of your palms with your fingers extended towards your forhead; Close your eyes and take a deep breath; Hold 4 seconds then exale. Continue deep breathing for 15 to 30 seconds. Repeat.

Spending about 12 hours in front of the monitor, I always feel some kind of itchiness in my eyes. Hope your exercise will give me relief.

Thanks for the tip. I agree with Aaron above. This is great for those of us who stare at a screen all day.
